SABC Radio 2000 has unveiled it new programming for the new radio season kicking off this Wednesday.
Ismael Abrahams is joining the station again after his tenure at Metro FM ended. The DJ Man as affectionately known will host a saturday afternoon show “A weekend with a smile” between 12:00-15:00. Another new voice joining the station is renowned Gospel singer Dr Tumi who will host “The Soul Clinic” every sunday between 06:00-09:00 featuring contemporary gospel and soul music. Legendary DJ and producer Vinny Da Vince will host his sunday night deep and soulful House show on Sunday night between 22:00-00:00.
Former Motsweding FM Sammy Fever Mashabane is also joining Radio 2000 to take over the weekend breakfast show “The weekend special” which he will co-anchor with Sechaba Gqeba.
Other changes at the station including Ab da Costa who moves to early weekdays “The First Light” between 03:00-06:00. Mlungisi” DJ Mlu ” Dlukulu will host “The weekend clubhouse” 19:00-22:00 on friday night and saturday 18:00-21:00.
