Suspended Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Deputy Chief Julius Mkhwanazi and Ekurhuleni City Manager Kagiso Lerutla have been released on bail following their arrest in connection with an alleged identity swap case.The two appeared in court earlier today, where bail was set at R30 000 each.
