
NONGOMA – The case against Nkosikhona “Phakela Mthakhathi” Ndabandaba was adjourned to May 22 when he appeared briefly in the KwaNongoma court on Wednesday.Ndabandaba is facing allegations of interfering with foreigners in their businesses, which led to one of them filing a case against him. According to him, his appearance in court went well, although the case did not proceed as expected.
Speaking to the media, he said he is happy with the great support he has received from the community, saying that this clearly shows that people are tired of the problems facing their communities.”Many people have shown concern about drugs distributed in the community, especially to their children. This has caused some children to live in a way that is not acceptable to the community,” she said.
Outside the court, there was a crowd of fans to show their support. Photos and videos have spread on social media, showing many people gathering in KwaNongoma to show their support for Ndabandaba.Some in the community say they do not agree with anything that will harm or affect Phakela, while others encourage the law to take its course without interference.
