KwaZulu-Natal will go head-to-head with Mpumalanga in the Nedbank Cup semi-finals after the latest draw set up two exciting fixtures.
Durban City have been drawn to host Casric Stars, while TS Galaxy will welcome Milford FC in the other semi-final encounter.
Casric Stars, who are based in Mpumalanga, and Milford FC from Richards Bay currently campaign in the National First Division. Their opponents, Durban City and TS Galaxy, both compete in the top-tier Premier Soccer League, setting up intriguing battles between top-flight sides and ambitious second-tier clubs.
Durban City will be hoping to use their home advantage to secure a place in the final, but Casric Stars have already shown they can challenge higher-ranked teams in the competition.
Meanwhile, TS Galaxy face a determined Milford FC side eager to cause an upset against the PSL outfit.
The Premier Soccer League (PSL) confirmed that the dates and venues for the semi-final matches will be announced in due course.
Fans are expecting thrilling encounters as the race to the Nedbank Cup final intensifies.
